Provisions/Stipulations
- Booking/reserving a photo session requires 50% deposit. Remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the shoot.
- Deposit is Non - Refundable. If given a 14-day notice prior to the scheduled session, the deposit can however be credited for a future session.
- Packages include ONLY EDITED/RETOUCHED images. Unedited images ARE NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased separately.
- Images are co-owned (if exclusive rights are desired, these will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis).
- Purchased images DO NOT include Licensing Rights (this is a separate fee and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis).
- Sessions are to start and end at agreed upon time. There will be a $50 late fee assessed if client desires to extend 30 minutes (Non-Negotiable).
- All images will be delivered within a designated timeframe via Pixieset, Dropbox, or another form of cloud-based sharing system.
